We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at VISION INDIA. The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping students meet their educational and academic goals. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 – ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide subject-focused tutoring sessions.
• Track student progress and share updates regularly.
• Motivate students with constructive feedback.
• Train students in study and exam skills.
• Help students prepare for tests and exams effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 – 2 years of experience. Leadership skills and knowledge of test preparation or special education are very important.
• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience.
